We accept payments via WorldPay Card services and Paypal.

All transactions are carried out in GBP £ & Charged at the applicable VAT rate. (We do not export as a business so cannot offer VAT exemption of sales outside mainland UK)

All orders made online are required to provide a form of contact should a problem occur during the transportation of your item. If there is an issue with your delivery and reasonable attempts have been made to contact you with no success, we reserve the right to only refund the cost of the item minus any incurred return to sender fees applied to us from the shipping company. 

We cannot continue with an order if the customers full postal address and contact telephone number/email have not been provided. If this is not provided then we will cancel the transaction and end communication.

All orders under £75 will be posted out the same working day via 2nd class standard Royal Mail @ £2.95 if the order is recieved by 1:00pm, You have the option to pay extra and have the delivery done sooner via other couriers and prices start at £4.95. Orders over £75 are posted out for free the same working day via Royal Mail 2nd class. You have the option to pay extra and have the delivery done sooner via other couriers and prices start at £4.95. Services other than Royalmail 2nd class require a signature on delivery, if the customer is not available a card will be left for them to either collect from their local sorting office / depot of the courier company, or to have the delivery re-arranged for another time. 
To confirm all these above services have a cut off of 1.00pm weekdays. Any purchases after 1.00pm weekdays / Weekends & Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day and then delivered as specified. Deliveries are not 100% guaranteed from the advertised services. Sometimes, in busy months, it can take longer for parcels to arrive at their destinations. If your item has not arrived after the allocated time passes please get in contact with us so we can track the items location. (Please note Royalmail 2nd class items do not have a tracking number, we are only provided a parcel number and this only confirms the parcels collection from us. The next time the parcel number updates is when the item is delivered to the customer.)
  If after 14 working days (Not including weekends & Bank Holidays) an item has not been received then we will raise a claim for the loss of that package.

These postcodes incur an additional carriage charge if your postal services is either of the 2 tracked options. You need to contact us before making your purchase so we can arrange the correct postal charge. These extra charges are applied by our carrier, not us. Please do not buy an item and then complain or send us abusive emails claiming we are ripping you off....many thanks. Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature. You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report to us that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

Returns Policy

MJ Plastics & Plumbing – Returns Policy Customers who wish to cancel their order should do so within 7 working days of delivery. Cancellation can only be accepted in writing or via our eBay messaging service. The delivery costs and safe return of these products are at the customer’s expense and to be returned to us within a reasonable time scale. Customers must ensure these products are securely packaged to suit the method of transport chosen. The customer is required to take reasonable care of all goods whilst in their possession. Upon safe return of the item in question, MJ Plastics & Plumbing will email a confirmation email that we received your item and it is in a resalable condition. Once you have received this email you will receive a refund of the percentage total cost of which the item was sold for due to:
